Job Description:

REQUIREMENTS
The best candidate for this position will have three years experience performing the following functions:

Previous experience cutting portion contol
Estimate requirements and order meat supplies to maintain inventories
Cut, trim, bone and tie meats, such as beef, pork, and poultry
Prepare meat to cooking form
Wrap, weigh and label products
Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery, to insure meat quality
Record product used in processing
Clean the processing facility, equipment and bins
