Requirements

The best candidate for this position will have some experience with the following:

Cut, trim, and tie meats such as beef, pork and poultry
Prepare meat to cooking form
Wrap, weigh and label product
Receive, inspect and store meat upon delivery, to insure meat quality
Record quantity and source of meat received
Record product used in processing
Clean the processing facility, equipment and bins
